From my very first consultation up to my post-operative follow-ups, Dr Amit Jain showed not only outstanding professionalism and expertise, but also genuine kindness and compassion that truly made a difference in my experience. Undergoing eye surgery can naturally make anyone feel anxious, but Dr Amit Jain has a very calm, reassuring, and positive approach that immediately puts patients at ease. What I appreciated most was his sense of humor and cheerful personality. He has a unique way of making his patients smile even during stressful moments, which helped lessen my fears and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. A few days ago my mother woke up with a terribly red eye. It was extremely concerning. I called many clinics around and in my search I came across Dr. Jain's information. Even though he was not at the clinic he answered and asked to see images. Very kind of him to be in touch following up her condition and even sharing his knowledge. I met Dr Amit Jain about 4 years back for my left Eye he got in to my case as he new me for years and  made me feel positive about the surgery with facts . I visited Dr Amit Jain at NMC hospital, Dubai, for an eye check-up for my daughter, and I’m very happy with the experience. Dr Jain was patient and took the time to explain everything in a simple way, which really helped me understand the treatment. Also Dr Amit suggested me Ortho K Lens for my daughter, which is amazingly beneficial for her. She does not have to use spects for longer time & also her eye-power didnt increase for 3 yrs. The eye test was detailed, and the fitting process for the lenses was handled very professionally. I also received clear instructions on how to use and care for the lenses safely. Dr Jain was very professional and the eye check-up was detailed and reassuring. I appreciated the clear explanation regarding the treatment. The only small concern was the waiting time, as the appointment started later than scheduled. Better time management would make the experience even smoother. Thank you for the excellent care.
